No. Our templates are a one-time purchase with no subscriptions or ongoing fees. You can continue using the template you purchased year after year. Each year we also release an updated version with new features and improvements, which you can purchase if you’d like to upgrade.
No. You can access Google Drive by creating a Google account with any email address, including Yahoo or Hotmail. When creating a Google account, you have the option to use your existing non-Gmail email address. For more info, visit the Google Help Center.
Yes, any device with Google Drive. Sign in with the same Google account on each device. We recommend the Google Sheets app over the browser for easier navigation. You can also use the template offline by enabling offline access in Google Sheets.
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a PDF attached. The PDF contains clickable currency buttons. Click the currency you want, then click “Use Template”. If you don’t see that button, go to File → Make a copy. Your copy will appear in Google Drive under “My Drive”.

We offer 4 predefined currency options: Dollar, Euro, Pound, and Yen. Google Sheets supports every currency in the world, so you can switch to any currency you need.
Select the rows you want to change → Format → Number → Custom Currency → select your currency → Apply. Repeat this step for all cells that have currency symbols.
