After completing your purchase, a download link will be sent to your email. Once downloaded, open the PDF file and click on the preferred currency button to access the Google Sheets Budget Template file. The PDF also includes a link to our YouTube tutorial playlist for your convenience.

Personalize the appearance of your budget template by changing the colors to suit your preferences.

Click on the Fill button (bucket icon), and then select the Edit button (crayon icon) below. Change each accent color from this menu, and it will update throughout the entire spreadsheet.

Have additional expenses or income streams? Easily add new rows to accommodate any extra financial entries.

Right-click on a budget row and select “Insert 1 row above”. Now, you will need to apply styling and formulas to the newly created row. Select the entire row that is below the newly created row. Click the blue anchor point and drag it over to the new row. You can repeat the same process to add rows under all categories, such as Bills, Expenses, Savings, Debt, and Income.

For users of the Basic and Ultimate versions, our templates are designed with flexibility in mind. If you have varying budgeting needs for different months, paychecks, or scenarios, you can effortlessly duplicate budget tabs to maintain separate records.

Simply right-click on the desired tab and select “Duplicate”.

Managing finances in a different currency? Simply change the currency to reflect your regional or preferred currency.

Select the rows you want to change, and click Format > Number > Custom Currency. Next, select your currency and press Apply. Repeat this step for all cells that have currency symbols.
